What’s Your Plan for 2019?
Today I share some of the things I have going this month to start out the new year of 2019. The basis of this post is to remind you to design your life, not just react to it.
Starting January 1, 2019
I am undergoing a trial of eating called intermittent fasting. This is a process of training your mind, body and the entire system that you will only eat during a chosen period of time to maximize the efficiency of using the food you intake. Therefore, when you’re not eating, your body is burning the excess fat that you have stored. My goal is 10% body fat, which should make me a lot
I am also going through a journey to build a Lifebook, which is a process of analyzing my life in depth in the following categories:
- Health & Fitness
- Love Relationship
- Quality of Life
- Life Vision
This process of analyzing my life more in depth is going to help me design my life and to know exactly what I want in life. There have been many times that I don’t know what I really want, and this process is going to help me identify it and pursue it, and in this process, I’ll be able to help you discover what you want and are seeking.
